Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions will apply to individuals who access the Rod SpA website and/or to those individuals who, in addition to using the aforementioned website, provide Rod SpA with their personal data for the purpose of registering for certain services, meetings, or other activities. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from accessing Rod SpA's sites and from providing information to it as stated. Rod SpA may deny any benefit or right to those who violate the Terms and Conditions, without any right to compensation.

Terms and Conditions

Processing of Personal Data

The access and use of the Rod SpA website are governed by the rules of this document and by the legislation applicable in the Republic of Chile. Consequently, all visits made to the website will be subject to these rules and to that legislation.

Rod SpA reserves the right to periodically review and modify the Terms and Conditions, with such modifications producing legal effects from the date of publication of the modification on the sites.

Rod SpA may use cookie technology to improve people's experience. In addition, Rod SpA may use this technology for statistical purposes.

The input and collection of personal data are carried out voluntarily by individuals for the purpose of accessing the services offered by Rod SpA.

Individuals who provide information to Rod SpA must do so by providing true, current, and complete data. Rod SpA will not be responsible for damages to the person or to third parties that may occur if information is not provided in this manner and may exercise all its rights and actions for the provision of information that does not comply with the parameters set forth above.

Rod SpA may refuse to provide services or block access to its website to individuals about whom there is doubt regarding the veracity, accuracy, or currency of the information.

Individuals will be solely responsible for keeping their information updated and for providing all the background information that Rod SpA requires. In case of inappropriate information provision, Rod SpA will not be obliged to provide the corresponding services.

The processing of personal data will be carried out by Rod SpA in compliance with current legislation. From now on, individuals authorize, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Law 19.628, the processing of their personal data by Rod SpA for statistical, marketing, benefit delivery purposes, and for the purpose of providing information. The aforementioned personal data may, in specific cases, be communicated to third parties only for the purposes just stated. However, the individual may always request to stop receiving messages or communications through the same means by which they communicated their data or through the means by which they are receiving information.

Individuals will always have the right to request information, rectification, deletion, and/or cancellation of their data when they deem it appropriate, in accordance with Law No. 19.628.

All content that individuals can access through the website is protected under national legislation and international treaties on intellectual property. Users are prohibited from commercializing, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or communicating the contents of the Rod SpA website, unless expressly authorized, and no license or authorization is granted regarding its intellectual property rights in relation to the services it provides or what it publishes on its website. Any contravention of what is stated in this paragraph will hold the infringing person responsible for all damages generated.

Rod SpA takes measures for the protection of the information and data provided to it. However, it is not responsible for loss of information due to matters not attributable to it or due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Consulting Meetings, Advisory Services, and Audits.

Rod SpA offers free business meetings exclusively for entrepreneurs, SMEs, natural persons, and/or legal entities.

To access said meeting, the interested party must send an email to info@rodspaconsulting.com to coordinate the date and time.

The meeting will be subject to confirmation by Rod SpA according to the availability of the requested time and date. Rod SpA may unilaterally suspend or cancel the meeting due to scheduling impossibility. A new date and time for the meeting will be sought with the interested party.
