Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who access the Rod SpA website and/or those who, in addition to using said website, provide Rod SpA with their personal data for the purpose of registering for certain services, meetings, or other activities. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from accessing Rod SpA's websites and from providing information to Rod SpA as described above. Rod SpA may deny any benefit or right to individuals who violate these Terms and Conditions, without any right to compensation.

Processing of personal data
Access to and use of the Rod SpA website is governed by the rules of this document and by the laws applicable in the Republic of Chile. Therefore, all visits to the website are subject to these rules and applicable laws.
Rod SpA reserves the right to periodically review and modify the Terms and Conditions, with such modifications producing legal effects from the date of publication of the modification on the sites.
Rod SpA may use cookie technology to improve the user experience. Additionally, Rod SpA may use this technology for statistical purposes.
The entry and collection of personal data is done voluntarily by individuals for the purpose of accessing the services offered by Rod SpA.
Individuals providing information to Rod SpA must do so by supplying true, current, and complete data. Rod SpA will not be liable for any damages to the individual or third parties resulting from the failure to provide information in this manner and may exercise all its rights and actions for the submission of information that does not comply with the aforementioned parameters.
Rod SpA may refuse to provide services or block access to its website to those individuals whose information is questionable regarding its veracity, accuracy, or updating.
Individuals are solely responsible for keeping their information up-to-date and providing all background information requested by Rod SpA. Failure to provide the required information will result in Rod SpA being under no obligation to provide the services applicable to the case.
Rod SpA will process personal data in accordance with current legislation. Individuals hereby authorize, pursuant to Article 4 of Law 19.628, the processing of their personal data by Rod SpA for statistical, marketing, and benefit delivery purposes, as well as for providing information. In specific cases, this personal data may be disclosed to third parties only for the aforementioned purposes. However, individuals may always request to stop receiving messages or communications through the same channel they used to provide their data or through the means by which they are currently receiving information.
People will always have the right to request information, rectification, deletion and/or cancellation of their data when they deem it appropriate, in accordance with Law No. 19.628.
All content accessible through this website is protected under national legislation and international treaties on intellectual property. Users are prohibited from commercializing, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or communicating the content of Rod SpA's website unless expressly authorized. Rod SpA does not grant any license or authorization regarding its intellectual property rights related to the services it provides or the content published on its website. Any violation of this provision will make the offending party liable for all resulting damages.
Rod SpA takes measures to protect the information and data entrusted to it. However, it is not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond its control or due to force majeure or unforeseen events.
From the monetization of external courses.
The client will send the link(s) to their course(s) along with the price they wish to receive for their courses, their name and surname, and a valid bank account to the email info@rodspa.com . Payment will be made weekly on Fridays.
Rod SpA's fee will be 20% of the value that the client chooses for their course.
If the customer wishes to cancel a course, they must request it by email to info@rodspa.com
Meetings, Consulting, Advisory and Audit Services.
Rod SpA offers free business meetings exclusively for entrepreneurs, SMEs, individuals and/or legal entities.
To attend this meeting, interested parties must send an email to info@rodspa.com to coordinate a date and time.
The meeting is subject to confirmation by Rod SpA, depending on the availability of the requested date and time. Rod SpA may postpone or cancel the meeting unilaterally due to scheduling conflicts. A new date and time will be arranged with the interested party.
